Roy Wheeler Realty Company seeking receptionist:
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration to include answering incoming calls, greeting guests. Handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Compiling reports and assisting sales agents.  Should be accomplished with multi line phones, typing reports, Excel spreadsheets, and a number of other duties as needed. Hours 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.  3 hrs. overtime one Saturday a month.
