“The house contains our dreams, but it is also contained by them – which is to say that our houses take life in our imaginations… in our unconscious.” ( Witold Rybczynski, “The Most Beautiful House in the World”)

“Michelle was excellent.”
"Michelle was excellent. We had been trying to sell this home for a long time through my other agents with other companies, but we found success with Michelle."
“Michelle was very helpful to us…”
"Michelle represented Dominion Custom Homes as the seller of Proffit Ridge Lot #8. However, Michelle was very helpful to us as the buyers by guiding us through the process and facilitating the logistics of the lot purchase."

“Michelle is extremely creative and responsive!”
Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Skinker-DeBaliviere, Saint Louis, MO.
Michelle worked on a project for me in St. Louis and was fantastic. She is extremely creative AND responsive (so hard to find the combination). Four years after the project the project manager had lost the original plans - but Michelle came through for me with flying colors. Thanks to her I have a beautiful home today.

“Michelle was fantastic to work with!”
Bought a home in 2014 in Belmont, VA 22902.
Michelle was fantastic to work with, she brings extensive skills and energy in our case to buying land. Michelle was always accessible and timely in response and often went out of our way to accommodate our questions and process. I would highly recommend her for your search for a home or land!

“Michelle was refreshingly pleasant!”
Bought a home in 2015 in North East, VA 22901
My partner and I were new to Charlottesville and looking for a new home. We had a specific budget in mind and were referred to a local realtor. Unfortunately for us, that realtor told us she would not show us any listings until we had a firm pre-approval from a lender. We ended up going to open houses on our own. Michelle Pike was the listing agent at an open house we attended. She was very welcoming and even though the house she was listing did not fit our needs, she offered to show us other houses that would work for us. We immediately fired our old realtor and started working with Michelle. She showed us a couple other listings but in the end, we went with new construction. Being first time homebuyers, we made it very clear to Michelle that we needed her to hold our hands throughout the entire process. She has been very consistent with delivering on her promises and always smiling with a very refreshingly pleasant disposition with each interaction. We are closing on our new house next month and so very lucky to have Michelle represent us during this process

“I feel very lucky that I found Michelle”
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $475K in Charlottesville, VA.
I feel very lucky that I found Michelle to help me with the purchase of a home in Charlottesville. I was living in France while looking for a house here and the process could have been very stressful but Michelle made it as pain-free as it could be. On a professional level she is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, always quick to respond, etc. Personally, she is very kind and charming and smart -- so a nice person to spend time with if you have to look at a lot of houses... I can't say enough good things about her in fact.
