Under the leadership of Managing Director Michael Guthrie, Brian Chase, a longtime Wintergreen property owner and Premier Equity Member, will ensure the success of the new office. Mr. Chase is a graduate of the National Association of Realtors' Real Estate Institute and is a certified E-Pro Internet Professional.
