There was an interesting article in yesterday’s Daily Progress about the University of Virginia’s Transit Service http://www.dailyprogress.com/cdp/news/local/article/university_transit_system_as_always_looking_to_add_more_to_its_family/32116/ I read w interest as I was one of the 15 original student drivers. I drove the 6-9 am shift so I could get to my 9 o’clock classes. My UTS experience gave me enough experience to then drive 47 passenger buses all over the country for 2 summers to Young Life camps.
