“I have the highest regard for her professional services…”
"I'm writing to pass along what a great job Joan Esposito did for me on a recent residential sale. I sold a townhome in a declining community but Joan treated me as I'm sure she does everyone - as though your property is the most important thing on her docket. She came through consistently with great communication, total efficiency, solid advice, and a great sense of humor. She guided me well through decisions and helped me to close quickly on an offer made just 36 hours after posting to MLS. Her advice to take that early offer was sound and she was patient as I made a decision. She also communicated unfailingly while away on vacation and went above and beyond to get the listing to MLS on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Her support is just above and beyond. My highest accolade is that I've sold before but somehow always felt like my agent was working more for the buyer and to close a sale quickly, rather than for my interests. Not so with Joan. Again, I have the highest regard for her professional services, have already recommended her to a neighbor and will recommend her again in future." - Katharine Schlag
